## Appointments

• I consult in the northern and southern suburbs of Cape Town.
• I do not offer a fixed address for meetings.
• Zoom and telephonic sessions are also available.
• Office Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4.30 pm and appointments are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. You are responsible for coming to your session on time. If you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.

Cancellations / Appointments not kept

• 24-hour cancellation policy
• Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, and should be cancelled on the last working day (Monday to Friday) before your appointment.
• Appointments not cancelled in time will be charged for in full.
• Please phone or send a text message - do not use email to make or cancel appointments.
• Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy and do not determine the cancellation period.
